WSA to BC Instructor Transfer Assessment

Service Description

If you are a WSA Paddleboard Instructor and are within the 12 months time period of membership as per the British Canoeing letter to WSA members, then you can be assessed to crossover to the British Canoeing SUP Instructor award through a simple 2-3 hour assessment lookign at the award, rescues and skills. The assessment will take in the BC SUP Instructor award requirements and provide for a simple demonstration/assessment of your paddling and rescue skills as well as understanding of the BC Instructor remit and role. 18 or over only please. Training and assessments are delivered by Kirston Elton trading as Inland Inspiration (a sole trader). The assessment will be at Trent Lock near Nottingham. You will need to be a WSA member and then have transitioned over to BC membershiop on the water membership within the 12 months of your renewal, have your WSA SUP Instructor certificate uploaded to your British Canoeing membership portal, have registered (fee payable to BC) with British Canoeing on the assessment and any other pre-requisites.
